From vegetable garden to your table
If you wish to try your culinary art and get the importance of using local products, you can’t miss our cooking class!
The lesson starts from our vegetable garden, overflowing with seasonal vegetation, where the ripest vegetables will be picked and taken to the kitchen, ready to be transformed into an authentic Tuscan dish.
Everybody, adults and children, will have the chance to practice going through all of the aspects of the preparation of the dishes, making use of the experience of our chef Claudio who will be pleased to share with you some small tips for preparing delicious recipes!
Next step? The “verdict” … when the food is ready, we will savor it!
