The Locanda Le Isole was born in 1985 when a family from Mugello decided to build a place that was a haunt for people of the area.

In November 2018, Claudio became the manager and, with his partner Elena, he started a beautiful project based on love for nature, good food and for the family.
His experience as chef and the joining of forces with his team that collaborate with him since years allowed officially to realize his dream in March 2019: to open the gates of the Locanda Le Isole.
